Who's behind it
DomainHealthPro is built and operated by Ideal I.T., a managed IT provider. We spend our days keeping email flowing and domains secure for the businesses we support — and we kept reaching for a tool that could check email authentication in plain English and then keep watching it. So we built one, and opened the free scanner up for anyone to use.
Why it exists
Email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) is where most deliverability and spoofing problems begin, and it's easy to get wrong. Since 2024, Google, Yahoo and Microsoft require bulk senders to have DMARC in place. The catch: DNS isn't “set and forget” — records change, certificates expire, and a domain can land on a blacklist without anyone noticing until mail stops arriving. DomainHealthPro turns that from a fire drill into an early-warning system.
How the checks work
Every check runs against public DNS records and public endpoints — we never need access to your servers, mailboxes or DNS provider. Results are scored 0–100 with specific, plain-English fixes. Paid monitoring re-runs the same checks continuously and alerts you by email or chat when something changes, plus adds SSL, blacklist, DNS-change and uptime monitoring. It runs on Cloudflare's global network, so checks are fast from anywhere.
How we handle your data
The free scanner queries public DNS for the domain you enter; we log which domains were checked to improve the product, and we don't sell your data. For paid accounts we store the domains you choose to monitor and their check history so we can alert you and produce reports. Billing is handled by Stripe and email by Resend.
