Privacy Policy

DomainHealthPro is operated by Ideal I.T. ("Ideal I.T.", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website and services at domainhealthpro.com.

Information we collect

Account data. When you create an account we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

Domains you add. We store the domain names you choose to monitor and the results of public DNS and certificate checks performed on them. These checks use only publicly available information about the domains.

Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Free tool usage. The free checker performs on-demand checks and does not require an account. We may keep anonymous, aggregate usage statistics.

Report by email (optional). If you ask us to email you a free-checker report, we store the email address you provide together with the domain you checked, so we can send the report and follow up about it. If you tick the optional box to receive occasional domain- and email-security tips, we'll use your address for those updates too; you can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it at any time. We never sell or share this address for advertising.

How we use information

To provide the service (run checks, send alerts you request), to process subscriptions, to communicate service-related messages, and to secure and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended). We do not use the personal information of known minors.

Cookies & analytics

We use a single strictly-necessary cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

For traffic statistics we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: it sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not fingerprint you or track you across other sites. Our free tools are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-preserving bot check that likewise does not track you across sites. Because we set no advertising or tracking cookies, no cookie-consent banner is required. By using the site, you consent to this limited, cookieless analytics and bot protection and to the processing described in this policy. If we ever introduce advertising or cross-site tracking, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent first.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that operate the service on our behalf — currently Cloudflare (hosting, database, privacy-first analytics and bot protection), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery) — each under their own privacy commitments. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention & your rights

We keep account and monitoring data while your account is active. You can delete domains at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data (for example under GDPR or CCPA).
