This Privacy Policy explains how DomainHealthPro ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services at domainhealthpro.com.

Information we collect

Account data. When you create an account we collect your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.

Domains you add. We store the domain names you choose to monitor and the results of public DNS and certificate checks performed on them. These checks use only publicly available information about the domains.

Payment data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; Stripe handles them under its own privacy policy. We store your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.

Free tool usage. The free checker performs on-demand checks and does not require an account. We may keep anonymous, aggregate usage statistics.

How we use information

To provide the service (run checks, send alerts you request), to process subscriptions, to communicate service-related messages, and to secure and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use a single strictly-necessary cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we introduce analytics or advertising in future, we will update this policy and, where required, request your consent.

Sharing

We share data only with providers that operate the service on our behalf — currently Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments), and Resend (email delivery) — each under their own privacy commitments. We may disclose information if required by law.

Data retention & your rights

We keep account and monitoring data while your account is active. You can delete domains at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data (for example under GDPR or CCPA).
