For MSPs & agencies

Catch client domain problems before your clients do

Expired certs, broken DMARC, blacklist listings and DNS changes shouldn't reach your clients before they reach you. DomainHealthPro monitors every client domain from one dashboard and alerts you first — with white-label reports you send under your own brand.

The 3am problems this prevents

A client's SSL cert expires on a Saturday

You find out when their site throws a security warning and the phone rings. Continuous SSL and uptime monitoring catches it days early and alerts you first.

Deliverability silently breaks after a DNS change

Someone edits an SPF record or moves a mail service and legitimate email starts landing in spam. DNS-change and DMARC monitoring flag it before the client notices.

A client domain lands on a blacklist

Their email stops getting through and nobody knows why. Blacklist monitoring (Spamhaus & SpamRats) tells you the moment it happens, with a delisting link.

You can't tell spoofing from a real problem

DMARC reports show failing mail and it looks alarming. We separate your client's real senders from spoofing attempts, so you act on what matters and reassure them about the rest.

Everything monitored, per client domain

One dashboard for every client domain.

Add your clients, pick who gets each report, and let DomainHealthPro watch their domains around the clock.

MSP monitoring — FAQ

Is this built for managing many client domains?
Yes. DomainHealthPro is designed for MSPs and agencies: add every client domain to one dashboard, set who each domain's reports go to (the client, you, or both), and send white-label reports under your own brand. Plans are priced by domain count so it scales with your book of business.
How are we alerted?
By email and, if you want, chat — Slack, Discord and Microsoft Teams via incoming webhooks. Alerts fire on real, actionable problems: a cert about to expire, a DNS change, a new blacklist listing, a site going down, or one of a client's own senders failing DMARC.
Can clients get their own branded reports?
Yes. Reports are white-labeled with your logo, colors and a custom subdomain, and can be sent to the client directly, to you, or both — set per domain.
What does it cost?
Plans are priced by how many domains you monitor, with a 14-day free trial. DMARC aggregate-report monitoring is an optional add-on at $29/mo per 10 reporting-enabled domains. See the pricing page for current plan tiers.
